Anonymous report channel for harassment or bullying situations

SOOPA wants to provide each and every one a safe and respectful environment. If you have experienced or noticed harassment, bullying, discrimination or any other kind of inappropriate behavior, you can make an anonymous report with the form.  

Reporting is completely anonymous 

If you wish, you can submit a report completely anonymously. We don’t collect IP-addresses, location information, or any other kind of identifiers. If you wish to be contacted regarding the case, you can leave your contacts details separately – they will be handled confidentially 

Why report? 

With the help of the reports, we are able to intervene in inappropriate activites and develop our activity to be even safer. The making of a report won’t automatically create an official process, but every report will be handled confidentially and appropriately.  

What can you report? 

For example:  

• Harassment (e.g. sexual harassment, threats, undesirable behavior) 

• Bullying (e.g. repeating offending behavior, exclusion) 

• Discrimination (e.g. gender, age, ethnicity or any other reason) 

• Other inappropriate behavior that breaks the rules of SOOPA and the principles of safe space 

How are the reports handled? 

1. The report is received by SOOPA’s Safety adult aka harassment contact person 

1. The report is handled confidentially and if needs to be, discussed with the parties involved 

       3. If necessary, measures will be taken to investigate and rectify the situation. 

      4. If the informant has left contact details, they will be contacted if possible
